Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground red chili
- 2 tbsp grated or ground fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
- 6 medium potatoes, peel and cut in quarters
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Saute garlic, ginger and onion
- Add chicken wings and cook on low heat for 2 minutes
- Add cut potatoes and cook on low heat for 3 minutes
- Sprinkle ground red chili, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook until potatoes are soft.
- Serve hot with white rice.
